To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- There is no refund allowed. We provide Exchange only, incase of any damaged items or incorrect items delivered.
- In worst cases, if the returned product did not have a replacement from Vendors, Refund is allowed.
- We deliver only First Quality products and Original products. Strictly No Exchange on quality!
- The Quality of the product can be easily judged from its Price
- Exchange policy is acceptable only for Damaged product or Wrong product or Major Colour change or major size change.
- Minor Thread pulls in sarees, tiny beads fallen from jewellery are not taken as damage for exchange.
- No exchange on dislike basis. We deliver only best quality, but every customer taste and preference are different.
- Colour may slightly (5-10%)vary due to flash hence return is strictly not acceptable for slight colour variations in products
- For any returns, your complaints should be registered within 24 hrs after receiving your parcels with complete Unpacking Video! Late complaints will not be acceptable.
- Customer has to courier the damaged product within 24 hrs for any Exchange.
- Exchange will be initiated only after receiving the damaged product back.

To have full proof, start recording video of your products while opening your parcel till the end showing all the 4 corners of the parcel first, then displaying the damages (if any) without any pause or break!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Readymade blouses, Small Jewellery costs below 200/-, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
